If these characteristics describe you:

- You hold an academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Engineering. A postgraduate qualification in Food Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, Statistical Quality Control, or Total Quality Management is desirable.

- You have more than 3 years of experience in roles as Head or Manager of Quality Control, preferably in industrial companies in the food and/or beverage sector.

- You were responsible for establishing and controlling standards for raw materials, production processes, and finished products in production plants, distribution centers, and storage facilities.

- Within your remit you were responsible for ensuring the efficiency of cleaning and disinfection processes, as well as managing the environmental management system.

- You have proven experience in continuous quality improvement initiatives for the area’s processes and procedures, coordinating and supervising the team’s work to achieve the area’s collective objectives.

- You have practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Statistical Quality Control, and SAP HANA / SAP Business One (B1).

- You can establish priorities and implement effective actions to reach the area’s goals, efficiently identifying timelines and required resources.

- You are skilled at leading initiatives to proactively and timely achieve objectives, driving and motivating the team to join these efforts by providing feedback and promoting growth.

- You can analyze details thoroughly and accurately, demonstrating strong data-analytic capabilities for optimal decision-making in the area.
